Refund and Return Policy

To ensure a smooth process, please follow these instructions:

  1. Notification: Contact us via email at contact@makvala.com, with the subject line "RETURN - [Order Number]".
  2. Return Form & Address: You will receive a return form and the specific address to which the product must be sent.
    IMPORTANT: Please do not send returns to our registered office address in Wyoming without prior contact. This may delay your refund process.
  3. Shipping: Securely package the item and send it to the provided address. Please note that the direct cost of returning the goods (shipping fees) is borne by the Customer.

3. Return Conditions

Returned items will only be accepted if:

  • They show no signs of use, damage, or soiling.
  • They have original tags attached (if applicable).
  • The item is complete.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically.
  • The refund will be issued to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, or other local payment methods used during checkout).
  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
