Existing orders
Include your order number in the subject line. For a return, write "RETURN - [order number]" and we will send you the return form and the correct warehouse address. Please do not ship returns to the Hong Kong office.
Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 1-2 business days and shipping takes 3-6 business days, so most orders arrive within 7 business days and never more than 10. Every package has a tracking number and you receive the tracking link by email once it ships.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw without giving a reason. Email vanteratradinglimited@gmail.com with the subject "RETURN - [order number]" and we will send the return form and address. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds go back to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.
Which payment methods do you accept?
