Shipping & Delivery Policy

We strive to make the shopping process at makvala.com simple and transparent. Below you will find detailed information regarding delivery times and costs.

1. Order Processing and Delivery Time

The delivery process consists of two stages:

  • Processing Time (1-2 business days): This is the time during which our warehouse verifies the order, conducts quality control, packs the item, and hands it over to the carrier.
  • Shipping Time (3-6 business days): This is the time it takes for the package to travel from our fulfillment center to your doorstep.

The average total delivery time is usually 7 business days, and never more than 10 business days. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, contact us and we will resolve it immediately.

2. Where do we ship from?

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in the United States. Domestic US orders travel with USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on the size and weight of the item.

3. Order Tracking

Every package has an individual tracking number. After the order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link (usually within 1-2 business days of placing the order). You can track the journey of your package in real time using that link.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within the United States.
  • Orders under $150: a flat $9.95 standard shipping fee.
  • Oversized items (raised beds, moon gates, compost bins) may carry a freight surcharge shown clearly at checkout before payment.

5. Delays and Lost Packages

In exceptional situations (severe weather, carrier disruptions, public holidays) delivery may take slightly longer. If a package is lost in transit and does not reach you within 20 days of shipment, we will reship your order or refund 100% of your payment, your choice.

6. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing the order. If a package is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
