1. Order Processing and Delivery Time

The delivery process consists of two stages:

  • Processing Time (1-3 business days): This is the time during which our logistics center verifies the order, conducts quality control, packs the item, and hands it over to the courier company.
  • Shipping Time (7-15 business days): This is the time it takes for the package to travel from our international distribution center to your doorstep.

The average total waiting time is usually 10-12 business days. In exceptional situations (holidays, peak season, customs inspections), this time may be slightly extended.

2. Where do we ship from?

We are an international brand. To ensure the widest selection of products and competitive prices, our inventory is stored in several Global Fulfillment Centers (located in North America, Western Europe, and East Asia). The warehouse location depends on the availability of the specific model.

3. Order Tracking

The security of your order is our priority. Every package has an individual tracking number.

  • After the order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link (usually within 2-4 days of placing the order).
  • You can track the journey of your package in real-time via our tracking page.

4. Shipping Costs

Current shipping costs are always visible in the order summary (Checkout) before payment. We frequently offer Free Shipping promotions – please check the current banner at the top of the page.

5. Delivery Guarantee

We take full responsibility for the shipment until it is delivered.

  • If for any reason the package is lost in transit and does not reach you within 60 days (maximum protection period), we will refund 100% of your payment immediately to your original payment method.

6. Customs and Duties

For most retail orders, there are no additional customs fees. However, depending on your location, local customs duties may apply. While we do our best to minimize these potential costs, please note that any additional customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
